Tooth 1 Encourage Healthy Eating & Drinking
We have healthy sugar free snacks everyday at nursery.
Snack always includes fruit, our current favourites are apple, pear and banana but we also try more unusual fruits such as kiwi, pineapple, melon, grapes, mango blueberries, strawberries, water melon........the list goes on and on.
We also have a sugar free snack which changes every day, current favourites are toast, crackers and cheesey biscuits but we also have a variety of different bread, bagels, crumpets, crackers of different kinds, sandwiches...... the list goes on and on.
Milk and water is also available at snack time.

The children also learn about foods which are healthy and those which are not so good for us and should only be eaten occasionally
